Nous poss\u00e9dons chacun notre propre m\u00e9tabolisme et feu digestif.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00eame aliment pourra \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour une personne, et aggrav\u00e9 un terrain fragile chez une autre personne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nutrition ayurv\u00e9dique repose principalement sur la connaissance des&nbsp; Rasa (saveur), Virya ( \u00e9nergie chauffante ou rafraichissante) et Vipaka (effet post digestif) des aliments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que nous sommes dans la connaissance de nos dosha dominant et dans une recherche du maintien de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre ou dans le soin d\u2019un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, l\u2019alimentation sera adapt\u00e9e individuellement au besoin de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ferais un article plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9 prochainement \u00e0 ce sujet !\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui je vous partage des petites recettes toutes simples \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour votre petit d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, une id\u00e9e de petite salade de fruits estivale \u00e0 base de cerise, myrtille et d\u2019abricot. Cette salade est tridoshique, elle va\u00a0 \u00eatre \u00e9quilibrante pour les trois types de constitution.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les plus grandes faim des personnes Vata et Pitta, il est possible d\u2019ajouter un muffin en compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette salade de fruit.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les recettes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Salade de fruits estivale Tridoshique :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerises &#8211;
